Your order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email and your payment is successfully processed.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Our teas and products are sold for personal enjoyment only and are not intended for resale or export.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will appear on your confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes or shipping.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information for all purchases. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method and that you will pay all applicable charges.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We hand-pack each order with care and strive to ship within 2–4 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
All orders within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) ship at a flat rate of $7.99.
Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control. Once your order leaves our hands, risk of loss transfers to you.
