We accept return requests for new products purchased directly from Ozark Mountain Tea Shop.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within the return window outlined below.
Because our teas are consumable goods, opened or used items may not be eligible for physical return. However, customer satisfaction remains our priority, and we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
Exchanges are not accepted.

Returns are handled by mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return shipment is required.
