Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where do your teas come from?

Our teas, herbs, and flowers are sourced from organic farms all over the world. Each ingredient is organically grown, ethically harvested, and carefully blended by hand here in the Ozarks to create unique, flavorful loose leaf teas inspired by nature. We've partnered with one of the highest quality USA importers of organic teas, herbs, flowers, and spices. Our quality is unmatched.

2. How do I brew loose leaf tea?

For the perfect cup, use about 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water.

  • Bring water to a gentle boil (around 200°F for black or herbal teas, 175–185°F for green or white teas).

  • Pour and steep: Let your tea steep for 3–5 minutes, adjusting for strength and taste.

  • Enjoy: Strain, sip slowly, and savor the aroma and flavor of the Ozarks in every cup.

3. What if I don’t like my tea? Can I return it?

In the rare case you’re not satisfied, keep the tea and simply reach out through our contact form. We’ll refund your money in full—no questions asked. Your happiness and trust mean everything to us.

4. How much caffeine is in tea?

Caffeine levels vary depending on the type of tea:

  • Black tea: 40–70 mg per cup

  • Green tea: 25–45 mg

  • White and oolong teas: 15–30 mg

  • Herbal blends: naturally caffeine-free

5. How long are shipping times?

We strive to ship your tea the same day you order. With growing demand, please expect 2–4 business days for delivery—sometimes a bit longer if you’re farther from Branson, Missouri. You’ll receive tracking details once your tea is on its way.

6. How did you get into tea?

7. Are these teas safe during pregnancy?

We always recommend you consult your doctor before starting any new tea or herbal blend during pregnancy. Everyone’s body is different, so it’s best to research ingredients and get professional advice for your situation.

If you’re currently taking medication, please check with your doctor first before drinking any new tea or herbal blend. Some herbs can interact with medications, and it’s always best to stay safe and informed.
