At Ozark Mountain Tea Shop, every order is packed with care from our little corner of the Ozarks and sent to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
During busy seasons or special launches, please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information so you can follow your tea’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders ship at a flat rate of $7.99, no matter the size or location.
Orders over $49 ship free with standard shipping.
Your shipping cost (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Delays & Lost Packages
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once an order leaves our hands, transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
